ENROLLMENTS MADE VIA CREDIT CARD MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL CREDIT AUTHORIZATION IS COMPLETE. NOTIFICATION OF CREDIT APPROVAL  WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TO RYDER MAKE-UP LABS LLC BY ENROLLEE.
 
ALL ENROLLMENT FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND APPLY ONLY FOR THE SPECIFIC EVENT FOR WHICH PAYMENT IS MADE.  ENROLLMENT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER QUALIFYING INDIVIDUAL. NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR NON-ATTENDANCE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.  RYDER make-up labs IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY RYDER MAKE-UP LABS LLC. WORKSHOP DATES CONTINGENT ON JAMES RYDER’S AVAILABILITY. 
 
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION SUCH AS FIRE, TERROR, WEATHER, EARTHQUAKE OR ANY OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENT PREVENTS US FROM HOLDING THE EVENT AS SCHEDULED, WE WILL RE-SCHEDULE THE EVENT AT A SAFE TIME AND LOCATION. REFUNDS ARE FURNISHED ONLY IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED.  
 
IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A PARTICIPANT TO ATTEND IF AN EVENT IS RESCHEDULED, ENROLLMENT MAY BE TRANSFERRED FOR THE SAME EVENT IN ANY U.S. TOUR CITY WITHIN 2 YEARS REGARDLESS OF PRICE INCREASE.  

When you enroll in a RYDER make-up labs workshop, you are reserving space in a limited seating event. These events usually sell out.

You may transfer your enrollment to another qualifying individual pending notice given in advance to RYDER make-up labs L.L.C.. Please contact Kelly Anne Daye at: (310) 739-0384 at least 24 hours prior to the workshop if you would like to transfer your enrollment.

Products

Product orders usually ship within 72 hours of your completed transaction. Do not accept a package that is damaged. We will replace any unused product if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact Customer Service before returning any damaged or defective product.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds are issued directly to your credit card. If an attempt to refund a credit card fails, your refund will be sent using Chase "Quick Pay". You will have ten days to accept a "Quick Pay" payment sent to your email. If the first attempt is not accepted, a final attempt will be sent within 30 days. If you do not accept a "Quick Pay" payment marked Final Attempt, your refund will be cancelled and you will be removed from our system. Please contact Chase Bank customer service with the transaction number on your "Quick Pay" notice if you are having trouble completing your transaction.
