Workshops

Workshop dates contingent upon James Ryder’s availability. Locations are not secured until 30 days prior to scheduled workshop dates.

Refunds are furnished to individuals ONLY when a workshop is cancelled. Once enrolled in a RYDER make-up labs workshop, your seat is guaranteed. Enrollment is only valid for the specific event for which payment is made. No refunds of enrollment fees or credits are furnished if an enrolled participant does not attend for any reason. When you enroll in a RYDER make-up labs workshop, you are reserving space in a limited seating event. These events usually sell out.

You may transfer your enrollment to another qualifying individual pending notice given in advance to RYDER make-up labs L.L.C.. Please contact Rachel Mitchell at: (310) 281-1121 at least 24 hours prior to the workshop if you would like to transfer your enrollment.

Products

Product orders usually ship within 72 hours of your completed transaction. Do not accept a package that is damaged. We will replace any unused product if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact Customer Service before returning any damaged or defective product.
