Equalize the reflective value of the face and the body and balance the face with perfect color placement. Apply eye make-up that creates a strong youthful eye contour and correct for common problems like prominent or deep set eyes. Learn to create a perfect bullet proof lip and apply mascara in a way that gives maximum separation for camera.

Corrective and Camouflage (Model Required)

Create a flawless editorial quality make-up using the most advanced beauty make-up techniques in the industry. Block the face with highlights shadows and color prior to blending with foundation to create a perfect sculpted face for camera. This workshop will teach you to understand what light and shadow can do to enhance the face without relying on face shapes. We bend, straighten and enhance features to highlight the good and diminish flaws. Our blending technique leaves a smooth total coverage with tremendous detail. Camouflage should be mastered with technique not product. Learn to cover anything quickly and watch a tattoo disappear in seconds using regular foundation. This workshop is a must for artists interested in fashion editorial, film and television, bridal or salon make-up.

Eyes Only – Advanced* (Model Required)

Building on the eye make-up techniques learned in the Beauty Make-up for Film and Television workshop, learn to create extremely dramatic eyes and incorporate special effects like color stamping, glossy eyes and glitter effects with no spills. We merge beauty and theatrical techniques in this fast paced workshop with water color make-up, glitter, gem stones, beads, sequins, cording, leather and feathers. During the final portion, artists can take their work in their own creative direction to build an elaborate fantasy make-up with the eyes being the dominate focal point. The eyes don’t just pop, they explode with color and contrast.
